La scuola Dino Compagni nel palazzo che ospita l’assessorato all’educazione. È possibile realizzare la soluzione individuata dall’assessorato all’educazione e confermata dai tecnici del Comune per accogliere gli studenti durante la costruzione del nuovo istituto secondario di primo grado.
Le classi saranno sistemate al primo piano dell’edificio di via Nicolodi 2, nell’intera ala dell’ ex convitto dell’Istituto dei ciechi, oltre che in alcuni spazi adiacenti attualmente utilizzati dall’assessorato.
«Con questa soluzione – ha spiegato l’assessora Cristina Giachi – riusciamo ad evitare la complicazione di un cantiere per la nuova scuola in due tempi, con la scuola ancora attiva, e anche la realizzazione di una struttura prefabbricata che nella prima ipotesi di lavoro avrebbe dovuto ospitare una parte delle classi. Questa sistemazione consentirà quindi di accogliere in modo più confortevole gli studenti e di accelerare la demolizione e ricostruzione della nuova scuola».
